If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Services Provided

Florida ICE DEPOT operates automated ice vending kiosks located throughout Florida. Our website provides information about kiosk locations and uses geo-location technology to assist you in finding the nearest kiosk.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

4. Use of Geo-Location Services

• Our website may request access to your device’s location data to show nearby kiosks.
• You consent to the collection and use of your location information solely for this purpose.
• We do not sell or share your real-time location data with third parties, except as required by law.

5. Payment & Transactions

• Payments for ice purchased at kiosks are processed through secure third-party providers.
• All sales are final. Refunds may be granted at the Company’s sole discretion in cases of malfunction or error.
• You agree to provide accurate and valid payment information.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Tamper with or damage any kiosk.
• Use the website or Services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with our systems or security features.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep our kiosks and website operational, but availability may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, or other factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

All content, trademarks, logos, and designs related to Florida ICE DEPOT are owned by or licensed to the Company. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Florida ICE DEPOT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for ice in the 30 days prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Florida ICE DEPOT, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

• Taxes and applicable fees may be added to the total transaction amount in accordance with state and local laws.

1. Refunds & Adjustments

• All sales are final.
• Refunds may be considered only in cases of machine malfunction (e.g., no ice dispensed, incorrect quantity dispensed, or payment processing errors).
• To request a refund or report an issue, you must contact Florida ICE DEPOT customer service within 7 days of the transaction, providing the date, time, location, and method of payment used.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

1. Receipts

• Electronic receipts may be provided upon request where available.
• Printed receipts are not guaranteed at kiosks.

15. Consent to Video Surveillance/Recording

• We reserve the right to surveillance and recording any and all activity at "ALL" of our "Kiosk Locations". By using our service you confirm, agree and consent to said video surveillance and recording.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
